Annual National Programme (ANP) is one of the key strategic national documents bringing Ukraine closer to NATO. Ukrainian state institutions will soon proceed to the self-assessment of the ANP implementation in 2019. On September 4 #PDP gathered #Champions100 participants to discuss requirements and organizational framework of this evaluation. The Head of NATO in Ukraine Alexander Vinnikov and the Director of the NATO Information and Documentation Centre in Ukraine #NIDC Barbora Maronkova have both participated in the module and shared their vision and experience in the ANP assessment processes in Ukraine and beyond.
